What do we do?
  • Develop and execute effective direct marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our real estate services.
  • Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, emails, and direct mail pieces (online and offline).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align direct marketing strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Build and manage targeted contact lists for direct marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts and lead generation activities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in direct marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Requirements
  • Completion of at least 2 years of college education or equivalent.
  • Honest, credible, and loyal demeanor that aligns with our company values.
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling marketing content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Excellent communication skills. (even in Tagalog only)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
