1. Maintains daily truck attendance and queuing of trucks. 2. Calls-in truckers or shipping line vans scheduled to load. 3. Forwards picking list to trucker and to warehouseman to proceed loading of stocks. 4. Prints dispatch sheets based on the loaded quantity in Picking list. 5. Relays and forwards to trucker all delivery instructions, protocols, and other support documents (e.g. Certificate of Analysis, Purchase Order and Invoice etc.) that are needed for the delivery. 6. Monitors the timeliness of delivery. 7.

Collates all copies of served DR's and invoices from truckers and ensures that all necessary information are reflected in the documents such as reasons for returns, if any, signatures, and date and time of delivery.

8. Monitors the on time return of documents based on the agreed lead time. 9. Monitor customer service Report(Delivery Compliance). 10. Daily route planning of deliveries. 11. Monitoring of cash for Online deliveries. 12. Responsible for the checking and verification of truckers billing. 13. Answering and coordination with Marketing , Purchasing , Warehouse and other departments related to deliveries and transfer transactions. 14. Ensures proper filing of documents for future reference. 15. Performs other related functions as may be assigned by superior.

Qualifications:
College Graduate of any IT or business related courses. 2. Computer literate. 3. With good communication skills. 4. Experience in dispatching and route planning is an advantage. 5. Can work under pressure with minimal supervision. 6. Willing to work on a shifting schedule
