- Provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
- Type correspondence, reports and other documents
- Maintain office files and Open and distribute the mail
- Provide ID's for the newly hired employees
- Do the requisition for the petty cash of the department
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Arrange for payment request for the department
- Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies and procedures
- Do the year end report monitoring
- Prepare documents and reports on the computer
- Provide receptionist services Greet and assist visitors
- Answer phones Direct calls and respond to inquiries / and monitoring company phone.
- Perform other related duties as required
- Monitor of Office supplies and office equipments; order if necessary
- Assist HR/ADMIN Officer for the task assigned
