You work well with other team members including designers, architects, product managers, support and your development teammates.What You'll DoFront-end coding working directly with the technical and graphical aspects of highly dynamic websites (pages with dynamic data)Be involved with the maintenance and update of existing websitesUsing software tools to code and design websites that meet the needs of the clientCollaborating with an agile team of designers and back-end developers to plan, build and improve the user experience of a variety of websites including ecommerce, marketing, not-for-profit and other internal and external sitesParticipating in the full development life cycle including functional specs, work estimates, design, development, cross-browser testing, bug resolution and deploymentCreating responsive websites with a focus on performanceUsing your knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript to translate ideas and designs into great user experiencesStudying the project requirements and making decisions based on the best technologies for the job, learning how to get it done if neededKeeping updated on Front End technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks, Gulp, Git, SASS) through research, online training and tutorialsTaking UI design and front-end coding guidelines and directives from senior staffSkills, Experience and Qualifications2+ years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, Gulp skillsStrong knowledge of JavaScript/JQueryKnowledge of accessible (AODA) and responsive designMust have the ability to create clean, efficient and reusable codeMust have a keen eye for design and exceptional attention to detailMust be results driven, proactive and a team playerMust be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects effectivelyUnderstanding of UX, UI development, cutting edge design such as responsive design, platform selection (mobile, desktop) and technology deployment optionsProven problem solving skills and an eagerness to learnSelf-starter who works well under pressure and to tight timelinesNice to have knowledge of SPA frameworks like React, Angular, Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 4 pm to 1 amThis job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or in our office in Cebu, depending on your home base / location.Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.Recruitment agency applications will not be accepted for this position .#LI-JL1
