JOB DESCRIPTION Serve as the Single-Point
  • Of-Contact for clients seeking technical assistance over phone, MS Teams or e mail.
Complaints. Request for service. Service Inquiries.

Perform probing questions to gather necessary details needed by the Technical Support Team to properly diagnose or repair an equipment.

Creating and open Tickets. Encode requests, client information, and machine transactions in Microsoft Access. Provide accurate information on the services available in One Depot. Encode, maintain and monitor Operational Level Agreement data and reports it on a weekly and monthly basis. Delegate the schedules of Printer and Copier Technicians prepared by the Technical Coordinator.
