  • Job Description:
    In your role as a Product Reconciliation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the precision and reliability of financial transactions within our mobile wallet application. This position is vital in upholding trust with both our users and partners by efficiently and effectively reconciling financial data. You will also be coordinating with multiple stakeholders on any issues or updates on the products assigned.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile Internal reports against Partner reports (e.g. BPI Cashin, Billspay, GSave, etc.)
  • Ensure quality output through validation of reports
  • Identifying any discrepancies or exceptions in transaction records is crucial for maintaining the integrity of financial data.
  • Documentation plays a vital role in capturing all aspects of the reconciliation processes, procedures, as well as best practices—for future reference or training purposes.
  • Endorse valid adjustment to merchants/partners and/or internal team upon approval
  • Handling customers/internal concerns through multiple channels within agreed SLA
  • Prepares month end reports and schedules
  • Checking and analysis of reports and records internal and externally provided by internal and external partners
  • Coordination and collaboration with stakeholders concerned updating and resolving any issues in the products assigned
  • Maintain detailed records of reconciliation activities, discrepancies, and resolutions for documentation
  • Generate and distribute reconciliation reports to management, summarizing findings, and highlighting any trends or anomalies
  • Continuously seek ways to streamline and improve reconciliation processes, including the automation of repetitive tasks
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial transactions and reconciliation procedures for compliance
  • Additional adhoc tasks as may be needed by the business

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
