1.Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and making travel arrangements
2.Coordinate and manage internal and external communications, including drafting and editing correspondence, memos, and presentations.
3.Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and other business documents from different subsidiaries and highlight important points to be discussed in meetings by the CEO
4. Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
5. Conduct research and analysis on various topics as requested by the CEO
6. Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, catering, and guest management.
7. Support other members of the executive team as needed

8.Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO whenever his schedule does not permit him to do so, then give summarized reports to the CEO and propose action plans as necessary.

9. Monitor and follow up people in charge of certain deadlines instructed or delegated by the CEO.
10.Oversee significant projects within the company and provide support where and when needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a real estate or consulting environment.
3. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
