Our Financial Markets and Wealth Management Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig in the role of FX Liquidity Trader.

As an FX Liquidity Trader, you will be responsible for ensuring sufficient liquidity to fund the banks daily activities and securing available funding sources, particularly during stress scenarios. Additionally, you will execute the Asset and Liability Management strategy as directed by ALCO.

What the role will entail

• Guarantee the desk's ability to meet the liquidity requirements of the FCDU books.
• Reduce expenses associated with holding excess USD through short-term placements.
• Verify and test counterparty lines to ensure availability during stressful periods.
• Ensure the completeness and relevance of ALCO reports.
• Ensure the bank maintains adequate foreign currency liquidity to support operations and growth while also optimizing liquidity levels for cost efficiency.

What we're looking for

• College graduate of Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, specializing in a related field.
• Possesses proficient communication skills.
• Demonstrates adept negotiation skills.
