• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
• Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
• Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.
• Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or young professionals of any business-related field with Honorable Mention/Latin Honors.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for document creation, data analysis, and presentation development.
• Ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work, including proofreading documents, managing schedules, and organizing information.
• A proactive and enthusiastic demeanor, eager to take on new challenges, and continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines consistently, and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently while maintaining high-quality work output.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver results.
