Senior Full Stack Developer | Day Shift | Hybrid | Up to 100k

In This Position, You Will Be

Optimizing database performance and improving query design for efficient data retrieval.

Designing and implementing RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend components.

Integrating WebRTC solutions for audio and video communication as needed.

Debugging complex issues and providing effective solutions to ensure high-quality software and user experience.

Collaborating with other developers, designers, and product managers to ensure efficient project execution.

Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.

Working within Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Trello.

Managing and mentoring a team of junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.

Skills And Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development using (2 and above) and Laravel (8 and above) frameworks

Must have at least 2 years of experience in managing a team and/or leading a project

Experienced with 3rd party integrations

Experience with server-side languages like , PHP, or Python.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and experience deploying applications on them.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Open to working on-site at our Cebu office once per quarter, with GoTeam covering airfare and accommodation expenses
