JOB DUTIES:

  • Quality control
  • Supervise all FOH stations
  • Ensure customer's happiness
  • Handle customer's complaints
  • Impart Core values and Core practices to staff
  • Check the accuracy of Daily sales report
  • Uniform and grooming check of FOH Staff
  • Local marketing
  • Ordering of FOH Materials
  • Evaluate FOH Staff
  • Inform management of issues
  • Timekeeping
  • Ensure cleanliness of station
  • Motivate staff
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by superior

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years' experience in Food industry and supervisory level
  • Age? It doesn't define you.
  • Education? Passion for food and people is our priority.
  • Math Skills? We'll teach you what you need to know.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
