1. Responsible for the Overall Daily Operations:

· Manage the execution of service standards in accordance with defined service level agreements, as defined. Monitor performance by benchmarking against key KPIs and ensure Budgets and Financial targets are met.

· Develop and maintain a customer service culture throughout whole operations, instill and deliver a process excellence focus on all operations.

· Build a culture of continuous improvement through the design and development of consistent procedures and best practices. Advocate Process (re)design with Business Process Owners for Continuous Improvement & Harmonization benefits.

· Ensuring and maintaining a high standard of internal controls and compliance with internal & external policies and legislation, to meet Sarbanes-Oxley and local statutory requirements.

· Manage the customer relationships (Internal and External) and all functional aspects of the organization.

· Lead or participate functional Hillshire leadership teams, governance bodies, transformation Initiatives and other Business Imperatives and act as PMO for scope expansions.

2. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) whenever required.

3. Handle and manage operations lead responsibilities

Required Skills

1. Exposure to US GAAP Accounting and experience in management of the administrative and transactional processes

2. Knowledge of F&A processes in in BPO setting

3. Excellent Verbal and Written communication

5. Good ability in SAP, High Radius and Blackine systems

6. Experience in Operations, (People Management skills) and handling client in new set-up.

7. Should have Demonstrated team handling skills – handle about a span of FTEs.

8. Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change.

9. High standard of integrity & self-confidence; Positive attitude

10. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

11. Ability to plan and manage workload to ensure all key deadlines is met.

12. Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

13. Excellent time management and planning skills.

14. Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals.

Minimum Qualifications / Must Have:

1. Specific / similar process experience – 8+ years of work experience with 4-6 years in F&A process

2. Relevant experience in leading a large team – 5+ years of team lead experience.

3. Good knowledge of MS Office and experience in SAP, High Radius and Blackline.

4. Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting/Commerce/Procurement-related course

5. Experience in Procurement and various F&A processes.

1. Experience in leading international projects.

2. Experience in leading and initiating Change management Projects.

3. Experience of working in a strong Customer Service and Control environmen
