  • Workforce Planning, Overall recruitment process
  • Conducts interviews for Supervisory and Managerial
  • Orchestrate training and development programs.
  • Ensure that employee data management is updated, properly organized, and secure.
  • Conducts orientation of the Company's policies
  • Checking of Payroll and Salary Administration.
  • Benefits Management such as claims and remittances.
  • Review existing wage and salary programs, and benefits packages based on labor market and organizational requirements to determine competitiveness.
  • Studies market trend analysis on benefits and HR best practices
  • Develop/enhance Employees' Job Descriptions and Organization Structure
  • Initiates/recommends/enhances HRAD policies, systems, and procedures and ensures proper, strict, and consistent implementation /enforcement and evaluation. Conducts periodic reviews to ensure their relevance to current operations; recommends/submits proposed amendments /enhancements.
  • Facilitates Employee orientation.
  • Initiates/recommends relevant HR/Admin programs.
  • Oversees the effective and efficient implementation of the Culture Building Program.
  • Conducts research/special studies to keep track of recent trends and practices in human resource management and development; and Recommends the acquisition of HR materials.
  • Monitor the purchasing of office supplies and asset acquisition.
  • Monitor minor and major repairs of facilities (Stores/Offices)
  • Ensure that necessary ADMIN permits are secured and updated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 per month

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
