We are seeking a dedicated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Bar Manager & Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and handling all aspects of bar operations, managing staff, and driving business growth, as well as handling manual labor related to bartending.

Roles:

• Oversee daily operations of the taproom, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Manage a team of bartenders to ensure high-quality service standards
• Handle manual labor related to bartending, including preparing and serving drinks, cleaning, and maintaining the bar area and kitchen
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the owner(s) on business decisions, including financial planning, marketing initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the taproom experience.
• Participate in profit-sharing discussions and contribute ideas for business growth and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bar management or hospitality management roles.
• Pleasing personality to provide excellent customer service
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
• Dependable, team player with excellent communication skills
• Physically fit and able to handle bar and kitchen equipment
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting principles
• Willing to work a flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
