Web Developer (UI/UX & Data Focus)

Working in close collaboration with our marketing team and internal partners, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our global brand visibility and steering the triumph of our digital marketing campaigns.

The key responsibilities of a Web Developer (UI/UX & Data Focus) include:

  • Website Overhaul: Lead the redesign and reconstruction of our website using a modern platform, emphasizing intuitive navigation and a visual aesthetic that mirrors our esteemed global brand.
  • Data Visualization: Integrate APIs to dynamically fetch data for the website and craft compelling charts/visualizations to relay information effectively.
  • Dynamic Content & Script Optimization: Ensure seamless performance, deploy conversion tracking, and handle scripts for peak website efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convert business needs into technical solutions, fine-tuning website architecture for performance and scalability.
  • Design and produce digital assets that align with our brand standards to bolster our marketing campaigns on diverse digital platforms.
  • Carry out regular website upkeep, enhancements, and optimizations to enhance user experience and adhere to web design best practices.
  • Utilize analytical tools to track website performance, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Experience:
Reliable track record in web development showcased in a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating dynamic, data-focused websites.

Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages for API integration.

Familiarity with database management and the capability to link and visualize data from various outlets.

Experience with digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision) and a comprehension of design principles to back asset creation.

Knowledge of prevailing web development best practices, responsive design, and cross-browser, device compatibility.

Capable of operating autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects with strict deadlines.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Effective communication skills in expressing technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The successful applicant must fulfill the following pre-employment requisites:

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Completed Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Validation of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth)
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Completed HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
