Candidate Profile:

Job Overview:

You will enhance your cooking skill by preparing food items and menus in line with the company's standard and guidelines. Making sure that a meal is properly and timely presented while keeping the kitchens sanitation.

Job Objectives:

• To meet highest food quality standards on flavor, aroma, and color attributes.
• To keep optimal daily inventory levels with high yielding raw materials.
• To maintain impeccable sanitation and cleanliness and food safety rating.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitors and operates fryers (e.g., ensuring proper oil temperature and quality)
• Fries a variety of menu items according to established restaurant recipes and standards
• May assist with other kitchen duties as required, such as preparing ingredients or cleaning
• Maintains a clean and organized frying station with adherence to all safety and health regulations

Job Specifications:

• At least high school graduate
• Preferably with relevant work experience.
• Is flexible working extended hours, during weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in a Filipino - Chinese cuisine.
• Willing to work in Upper Session Road, Baguio City
