1. Responds to road accident and apprehension in a timely manner.

  • Keeps proper documentation and take photos of accidents and apprehensions for legal purposes.
  • Coordinate with local police, LGUs and other organizations according to function.

Keeps records of truck documents:
i. LTO Registration
ii. LTFRB Registration
iii. Vehicle Insurance

  • Process van tax permits, pass way and other permits necessary to ensure passage of delivery units.
  • Facilitate negotiation with other parties in case of potential legal issues.
  • Sends legal correspondence such as return to work order, demand letters, Notice of Decision and Termination Letter.
  • Represents the company in legal proceedings as assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Conducts admin hearings.
  • Working bad debts from former employees, individuals and organizations.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
