  • At least 2-3 years of experience as Head Chef.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the culinary industry.
  • Has experience in doing catering events, mass production, and R&D of food items
  • Highly knowledgeable in food safety practices, ServSafe and/or HACCP
  • With deep knowledgeable in menu planning, food costing, menu standardization, menu engineering
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule, on Sundays, and holidays
