Job Description

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by analyzing and interpreting commercial drawings with precision. Your responsibilities will include quantifying and identifying key elements in the drawings to develop highly accurate cost estimates. Drawing on your strong background in construction, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of the intricacies of building processes, materials, and industry standards.

Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 08:00 AM To 05:00 PM

Work setup: Permanent WFH

What do you need to succeed?
  1. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in construction estimation.
  3. Strong understanding of commercial drawings and the ability to extract relevant information for estimation.
  4. Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar software.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with builders and other stakeholders.
  6. Detail-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering accurate and timely project estimates.
