IT SPECIALIST

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of B.S Information Technology, Computer Science or any Computer related courses.
• Knowledgeable in Back Up and Recovery Management and Server Operating Systems
• Knowledgeable in Network administration, operations & maintenance troubleshooting
• Knowledgeable in-Service Support, Service Delivery, IT Service Management, IT Operation

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing technical support for our offices as well as workstations within a call center environment.
• Responds to hardware problems, updating system software, and tracking the data and communications used on their network.
• Installs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and drivers on company premises.
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems. Coordinates activities with network services and information systems groups.
• Provides updates, status, and completion information to managers and/or users.
• Refers major hardware problems to service personnel for correction.
• Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications
• Ensures assigned tools and equipment are in proper working condition and kept in a proper manner.
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
• And any other task required by the Immediate Superior and the management
• Such duties, responsibilities, functions, and obligations as shall be specified or instructed to her/him by the Company in accordance with her/his job description or the nature of her/his position or title;
• Such other duties and responsibilities as are customarily and necessarily connected to her/his job description and those which are inherent to the functions prescribed of her/him by the Employer;
• Such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to him/her from time to time by the Employer.
