Aftersales Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring efficient and profitable operations of the Service and Parts Departments. Consequently, the continuous administration of No. 1 Customer Satisfaction to the dealer's clientele through excellent aftersales service. Practices effective human resources management and promotes effective customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Graduate of Marketing / Automotive Courses or equivalent
  • MT Knowledge Qualified
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office, EPC, and HDMS)
  • Plans workshop performance targets and implements service programs to achieve profitability, work quality, and shop improvements.
  • Conceptualizes and endorses to management the department's action plans for the year. In charge of review and execution of approved action plans and ensuring standardized implementation across Isuzu dealers.
  • Resolves technical, customer-related, and associate-related problems. Promotes maintenance of excellent customer, associate, and public relations to achieve No. 1 Customer Satisfaction.
  • Organizes and implements workshop procedures to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for administering Parts Department's branch operations ensuring attainment of the target/s.
  • Coordinates with Isuzu Philippines, Inc. and other Isuzu dealers (non-Ayala) on industry updates and strategies.
  • Performs Aftersales functional assignments and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Coordinates with other functional groups/ departments on concerns/ action plans stirring daily operations.
  • Service-oriented, detail-oriented, responsible, with initiative, hardworking, excellent interpersonal skills
