Duties and Responsibilities
- Filleting and preparing various types of fish for sale
- Ensuring that the display cases are visually appealing and well-stocked
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
- Keeping the work area clean and sanitized
- Following all safety and health regulations
- Operating and maintaining equipment such as knives and scales
- Must have related work experience in Food Industry
- Food and Beverage Certification/Food Safety Certification is an advantage
- College graduate or Vocational
- For High School Graduate (must have 3 years experience in the desired position)
