Meet the Team:

Join our dynamic Medical Science team, where you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our medical science operations software platforms. You will support global team members and key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. Where you come in:

  • You will oversee the execution, updating, and administration of medical science operations software platforms, such as Veeva Vault Medical Communications, Veeva Promotional Review, Distiller SR, and others.
  • You will support the Staff Program Manager and Project Manager in administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on plans, timelines, and expectations.
  • Provide administrative and logistical oversight for the Medical Science & Operations software platforms.
  • Establish and document Standard Operating Procedures for the Medical Science team.
  • Track various projects across the Medical Science team to ensure progress and completion.
  • Manage team communications, including updates, goal tracking, and quarterly updates.
  • Liaise with business partners across Marketing, Clinical Education, Regulatory, Evidence Planning, and other departments.
  • Update the Medical Science team calendar, send reminders, and take meeting minutes.
  • Build trust and credibility with business partners through regular, high-quality interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management and execution of medical operations software platforms, such as Veeva, to support medical communications functions.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of related experience in managing projects and administrative tasks in project management.
  • 1+ years of experience in the business or medical industry, preferably managing complex and cross-functional projects.

Note: The shift schedule for this role is 2 AM Manila time.
