Your role
- Provide customer service regarding collection issues. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Monitor clients' payments and prepare the statement of accounts
- Handles customer accounts on a timely basis
- Provides excellent customer service to clients
About you
- Senior high school graduate or College Undergraduate.
- At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can work onsite
- Must be residing within Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php27,000.00 per month
