About the Team:

The Marketing team scales our brands efficiently combining creative with data analytics, managing all marketing channels to drive brand growth. They continually build & execute a 360 marketing plan for both marketplace brands and direct-to-consumer brands.

About the Role:

As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of production to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate across different media types, taking projects from concept to final execution within specified timelines.

What you will do:

Coordination

  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
  • Manage the production team so that scheduled goals and deadlines are met
  • Remotely coordinate the daily production tasks for all photography and videography projects, from verifying items with the sourcing manager to relaying them to the studio
  • Process shoot requests, coordinate shoot scheduling and talent bookings, and manage the video and photoshoot calendar

Execution

  • Coordinate creative direction between the content strategy team and the production team
  • Contact and secure permission to shoot on location from proper owners/authorities, accurately describing shoot needs and on-site personnel
  • Manage proper completion of all photo and video editing projects
  • Provide supervision and production support with the ongoing photo and video shoots
  • Build and maintain collaborative and effective relationships
  • Produce mood boards to visualize art direction
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
  • Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Who you are:
  • Proven working experience as an Art Director
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
  • Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere or other visual design and wire-framing tools
