Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive legal support to Solicitors.
  • Review, amend, and prepare legal documents required for the business or transaction.
  • Conduct backend conveyancing work and provide support.
  • Liaise with third parties, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, clients, and other stakeholders of the business.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy in client billing and invoices.
  • Assist in general administration duties such as documentation, proofreading correspondences, and research.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entered in the CRM System provided.
  • Respond to inquiries, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 23 years of experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
  • Ideally, some experience working for an Australian law firm, preferably in Property or Estate Planning.
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (2x WFH and 3x onsite)
  • Experience with Actionstep and PEXA is preferred.
  • Experience in an office environment.
  • Typing speed of a minimum of 60wpm with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Drive.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Technical Requirements
