IT Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee and supervise the overall IT Technical issues and concerns of the property
• Supervises preventive maintenance of Boom Barriers
• Supervise CCTV footage requests and other incident reports that require IT support
• Oversee IT support of all offices
• Supervises and ensures operation of the RFID system
• Responsible of monitoring, safeguarding and proper handling RFID equipment/hardware
• Monitor and handle child waiver IDs, pet IDs, and vehicle sticker/RFID tags.
• Responsible for the design, preparation, and purchase requests related to building signages
• Maintain and update the company's website and other social media platforms
• Responsible for the standardization and control of circulars for release by the property manager
• Supervises and maintain E-bulletins and circular/memos posted on elevators and lobby bulletins
• Secure and control property forms and standardizations and revisions
• Create design for infographics, social events, and others related to resident announcements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Good organization, time management and prioritization
