  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a multinational corporation
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in the quality industry with a strong background in operations and team management
  • Exposure to regulatory audits
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses a resilient and proactive attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on regulatory or quality issues and offer assistance on relevant matters
  • Conduct self-inspection audits on processes
  • Consult on quality and regulatory concerns
  • Lead consumer audits on Quality Management Systems and related topics
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters
  • Lead the Quality representative role to support functional/site quality management systems
  • Handle any ad-hoc requests or projects
