QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least College Level
  • Computer literate
  • With exposure in using Excel and other Microsoft Offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises the Helper's daily activities.
  • Prepare and coordinate request to MPC assistant for the procurement of materials.
  • Responsible for monthly inventory of all materials in the warehouse.
  • Verifies availability of stocks and arrange delivery.
  • Responsible for the delivery of Finished Goods and SAP transaction during delivery to customer.
  • Appraises and implements coaching/recommends training for the professional development of direct report, company policies, rules and regulations.
  • Imposes or approves disciplinary actions to department personnel who violate company policies, rules and regulations.
  • Complies and implements 5's Standards
  • Prepares report.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
