Role Overview:
Are you passionate about training and helping vendors succeed? We are looking for a dedicated Training Specialist to join our team in BGC, Taguig. You will be responsible for collaborating with vendors, designing engaging training programs, facilitating sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Assessment: Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, update product information, enhance sales techniques, adjust procedures, and determine training requirements.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop innovative training programs to meet vendor needs. Create engaging materials such as presentations, facilitator guides, handouts, and assessments tailored to different learning styles.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct interactive training sessions in-person and virtually to ensure vendors understand product features, sales strategies, and customer service standards.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, facilitating collaboration and ensuring training consistency across teams.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through surveys and metrics, utilizing feedback to enhance training content and methods continuously.
  • Mentorship and Support: Offer ongoing guidance and assistance to vendors, addressing queries, resolving issues, and reinforcing key concepts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and sales best practices to improve training quality.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in training, sales, or vendor-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field OR Completed at least 2 years of college with no pending subjects.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions for adult learners.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge relevant to the company's vendors.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
  • Flexible to changing training requirements, capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and committed to meeting project deadlines.
