• Execute processes according to standard templates assuring the defined service commitments and SLA's (Service Level Agreement)
• Act as a specialist for particular process or tools on operational level; Learn additional topics to broaden knowledge in order to be able to cover additional subjects
• Ensure service continuity according to the planning defined with the team; Ensure request is fully understood, reverting to requester should clarifications be needed
• Ensure data integrity in system maintenance and documentations

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management, Business, Industrial Engineering
• At least one (1) year relevant experience in Human Resources field (Onboarding, Contract Management and Personnel Administration area)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• MS Excel, Word, and general computer skills are required; SAP knowledge and Project Management skills are highly preferred
