We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper, a financial professional responsible for keeping a company's financial accounts in check. Their role involves ensuring the accuracy of accounting records, managing invoices and payments, and organizing company documents effectively.



Responsibilities:

  • Documenting detailed financial transactions and overseeing them
  • Preparing and submitting financial documents
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Verifying accounting data for accuracy
  • Reconciling company accounts regularly
  • Tracking payroll information
  • Supporting tax payments and submissions
  • Recording daily financial transactions and finalizing the posting process
  • Ensuring correct recording of transactions in relevant ledgers and general ledger· Finalizing the books up to the trial balance stage· Collaborating with other accountants as required

Key Skills:

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Multiple years of bookkeeping experience
  • Solid grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proven capability in calculating, posting, and managing financial records
  • Strong data entry and numerical skills
  • Proficient in spreadsheet and proprietary software usage
  • Fluent in English and MS Office applications
  • High level of precision and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate complex data effectively
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • Skill in task prioritization
  • Excellent accounting competencies
  • Adherence to confidentiality protocols
  • CPA qualification is beneficial
