Primary Responsibilities:

  • Essential Job Functions (must be completed with or without accommodations)
  • Provide primary support for the Intelligence division and company overall during overnight, weekend and holiday hours. Specific shift hours vary; overnight 12-hour shifts generally run from 5 p.m. to 5:30 a.m
  • Provide consistent and constant monitoring of world news and events and ensure that proper protocols are followed when drafting event summaries and incident alerts
  • Produce intelligence reports and other related products. Products include, but are not limited to, online global databases, customized security briefings, worldwide incident monitoring alerts, special reports, daily security event summaries and more
  • Serve as primary interface for the company during off hours; promote a customer-oriented business work ethic
    Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in International Studies, Political Science, Regional Studies with a defined focus on geopolitical affairs OR 5+ years of experience in international security operations
  • 6+ months of experience displaying exceptional writing skills for a business environment
  • Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
