Software Engineer, Associate

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Infor Inc. Full time

The ASE position will work on Sales maintenance, development, and TA scripting.This will also include working on XML requested development and maintenance.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

The ASE for Applications is responsible for developing and supporting all but the most complex application programs using various programming languages, technologies and development tools. The ASE, Applications provides basic technical application guidance and support to various internal customers including but not limited to other application development teams, support engineers and business consultants.

What You Will Need:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field
  • Java/J2EE development experience at least for the last 1-2 years
  • Experience working within a large, cross-regional development organization
  • Very good English communication skills
  • Assertive and able to communicate clearly and effectively

What Will Put You Ahead?

Working knowledge in the ff:

  • ERP business processes (preferred)
  • Software Development Life Cycle
  • Agile Development Methodology (Scrum and Kanban)
  • Software Quality Assurance
  • Test automation scripting using Selenium, Ranorex or similar tools
  • Defect tracking using JIRA or similar tool
