  • Performallocationsinaccordancewithagreedstoreranging
  • MaintainmarkdownpriceconditionsanditemstatuswithinSAP
  • Maintainreplenishment parameter loadsinSAP asdirected
  • Gatherandanalysestoreperformancewiththeviewofforwardstockrequirements
  • Understand and map individual store "DNA" to enhance the quality and quantity of stock that is allocated and managed by a single store

WorkplaceHealth&Safety

  • Report using documented procedures, all work-related injuries and unsafe situations, including 'near misses'toyourLineManager
  • Abidebyallworkplacehealthandsafetypolicies&procedures
Stock Management
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of all data
  • Adjust purchase orders and allocations in a timely manner
  • Verify accountability on PO
  • Ensure advertised stock is in required stores in time for promotion and any exclusions are advised to Buyer,Planner and BA's in a timely manner
  • Review store inventory holding and action future allocations to improve the stock to sales ratio
  • Manage in stock of product
Compliance
  • Ensure all compliance standards are met within the allocation role
  • Maintain knowledge of ACCC procedures
  • Participate in regular training and updates with the Compliance Manager
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws in all media/advertising

Capability Profile

Formal Education

  • Qualification in Business with a major in Accounting or Finance (desirable)

Skills and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the Planning process

  • Operational expertise using a merchandise management system

Experience

  • Previous allocation experience is an advantage
  • Previous store retail experience to understand stock flow cycles and impacts
  • Intermediate experience using Excel (essential)
  • Proven experience analysing data and numbers
