The Plant Controller will plan, lead & organize the Manufacturing and Operational Finance within established Company policies and practices.

The Opportunity

  • Develop rigorous financial analysis and evaluation of the Plant's performance against stated objectives and coordinate the monthly review of these results with Manufacturing Management to ensure that issues are resolved and opportunities for improvement are acted upon.
  • Maintain robust policies and internal controls related to cost accounting, inventory, and construction in progress transactions in line with Sarbanes Oxley requirements to safeguard company value · Develop partnership with Manufacturing to provide business and commercial input on process improvements, new product introduction, cost reduction programs, and capital investments to ensure value creation for shareholders.
  • Lead the month end closing process of the plant in close coordination with Finance, Manufacturing and Logistics team to ensure timely submission of reports and accurate reporting of the financial results
  • Develop and deliver plant forecasts, budgets, and operating plans, that align financial targets to plant KPIs
  • Ensure compliance of the manufacturing processes and personnel to company policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with Sales & Marketing team to understand, build, and deliver customer rebate structure insights

About You
  • Graduate of BS in Finance or Accountancy, CPA or CFA helpful but not required.
  • MBA is preferred but not required.
  • At least 8 years overall experience in a finance or operational role with a manufacturing company or with a large local company.
  • Working experience in product cost planning and forecasting, financial cost and analysis
  • Strong cost accounting and inventory control skills as well as in-depth experience in partnering with operations management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Able to drive decisions towards cost efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Strong people management, organizational and planning skills
