Let's talk about the cool stuff you do at Axi We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team and support the Head of Transaction Reporting in delivering key transformation initiatives. This role focuses on regulatory transaction reporting, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and enhancing the quality and accuracy of our reporting processes. The ideal candidate will excel in vendor engagement, quality control, and the execution of testing scripts using Excel. With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's regulatory reporting transformation efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and regulatory compliance, contributing to the strategic objectives of our organization.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

  • Assist the Head of Transaction Reporting in delivering transformation initiatives related to Regulatory Transaction Reporting.
  • Engage with vendors to ensure the alignment of their developed products with functional and data requirements.
  • Conduct quality control and testing of vendor-developed products, ensuring they meet regulatory and business standards.
  • Execute testing scripts using Excel to validate the functionality and accuracy of transaction reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for regulatory reporting.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the transaction reporting process and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to transaction reporting processes and systems.
  • Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with existing regulations.
Are you the one?
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within regulatory transaction reporting or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to perform V Look Up and execute testing scripts.
  • Experience in vendor engagement and managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
