JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Adhering to company and client policies and processes
  • Identifying customer requirements, providing accurate solutions
  • Building rapport with customers and ensuring customer engagement
  • Documenting activities and managing productivity
  • Understanding and working towards set targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum age of 18 (Legal Age Requirement)
  • High school graduate or at least completed Senior High School
  • Completion of college level or graduation
  • Call center experience not mandatory
  • Alternative Learning System (ALS) with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
  • Willingness to work on site
  • Availability for graveyard shifts and shifting schedules
  • Able to work on weekends and holidays
