Want to further enhance the relationships that help our business burst to life? Reporting to the Sub Region Director SEAO, you will lead the Philippines business, develop the strategy, deliver the P&L management, keep track of the Fragrance & Beauty team goals and lead people development. In Philippines, with passion and practice you'll work together with your team to look for new ways to exceed our customers' expectations and deliver value beyond their dreams – and, as they grow, so will we.

Your role will include:

Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines

Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts

Develop/review/monitor strategic Account and Category Plans, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts

Drive internal efforts to achieve Account Plans, collaborating with Creative Fragrance Management, Perfumery, Business Development, Consumer Research, Applications and Technology, ensuring the most efficient management of Givaudan resources

Develop understanding of customer potential through analysis of brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition

Attract new business and defend existing business, identifying and creating opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted customer briefs, articulating Givaudan's value proposition, promoting new fragrances, concepts, technologies or products

Monitor competitor activity

Follow-up on customer submissions and manage wins to production and launch

Follow KPIs versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate) and take corrective actions if necessary

Lead negotiation of pricing agreements observing company guidelines

Ensure implementation of negotiated pricing agreements; support Customer Care in managing and optimising Supply Chain; support Credit Management in collecting receivables

Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution

Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines

Cultivate productive relationships with key decision makers and senior influential leaders

Your professional profile includes:

Advanced University Degree in Business Administration, Management or a similar field of study

Over 10 years of overall experience in the industry or in chemicals, fashion management, design management, chemicals, hospitality including experience leading the account management projects with success stories, people management and customer relationship management

Knowledge of business environment and Fragrance landscape for regional team and local market

Experience with corporate finance, legal and performance management

Fluency in English including experience presenting to customers/senior management

Fluency in Mandarin language is a nice to have but not mandatory
