SC Change

Shell is hiring for the role of SC Change & Engage Advisor.

• Develop and Execute the Internal Communications/Change& Engage strategy of SC/CP Manila Hub working closely with GM
• Create targeted content for organizational announcements, newsletters, yammer posts
• Create synergies and collaborate with other SC/ CP Hubs for communications and events
• Ensure SC/CP Manila Hub is compliant with Shell Brand guidelines
• Execute the communications plan in accordance with priorities (i.e. Powering Progress Themes, Workstreams, etc)
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization of all communication channels to drive organic engagement from the community
• Create content for the CP Leadership team in accordance with the SC/CP Manila Hub
• Manage and coordinate internal communications on various local and global initiatives (e.g. Safety day, HR initiatives, Business Continuity activities, etc.)
• Support SBO Manila communications, ensure the messages are emphasized in the SC/CP Manila Hub
• Manage the local SC/CP Manila Hub pages, SharePoint sites and Yammer community
• Drive communication by adopting to digital platforms and new technologies
• Events
• Plan and execute of SC/CP Manila-wide events supporting the Centre priorities
• Maintain the SC/CP Manila -wide events calendar, ensure no overlap of events
• Collaborate with the existing Change & Engage agents, committee members to deliver the events
• Admin & Business Support
• Manage the GM CP Ops/ Delivery Center's calendar
• Support logistics, hotel bookings, calendar of activities during LT Visits / SBO Visits, if any
• IM Compliance Focal Point
• Run and maintain CP IGPRES/ Projects and Manila SharePoint Sites
• Act as FSO/ GRM Focal Point for CP IGPRES/ Projects SharePoint Sites responding to queries and assisting staff to resolve related concerns
• Attend the Global IM Network calls as the representative of CP IGPRES/ Projects
• Communicates the updates/ announcements/ developments in the Global IM network calls and ensures compliance from the communities supported
• Special Projects and Adhoc support as required (e.g., team building activities, etc.)

• University degree (Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications) or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal Communication and Presentation Skills
• Excellent influencing and networking skills, able to flex his/her style to audience
• Demonstrable experience in operating successfully transnationally and ability to work across cultures effectively in a virtual environment
• Demonstrated knowledge/delivery of communications programs, including strategic use of modern tools/channels (i.e. digital platforms, etc.)
• Strong organization, planning and project management skills
• Able to build effective working relationships/networks
• Assertiveness combined with flexibility and listening skills with proven ability to challenge constructively
• Highly driven, 'can do', inspiring, able to articulate in a crisp and precise manner
• Creative, with commercial mindset and business focus
• Curious, Innovative and a Team Player
