  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Advertising/Media, Communications/PR, Hospitality/Hotel and Restaurant Management, Human Resource Management, Tourism/Travel.
  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Responsibilities

Front Desk Receptionist undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the "face" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Managenent, HRM, Mass Communication or other related course.
  • At-least 1 yr working experience but fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills verbal or written.
  • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greeting Visitors
  • Managing security and telecommunications system.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Transferring calls as necessary
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail.
  • And other related tasks given by the management.

JOB TYPE AND SCHEDULE

Full-time

8-hour shift
Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Saturday 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
