Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recertification Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recertification experience and HUD experience. The candidate should be able to hit the ground running and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Conduct recertification interviews with tenants in a professional and courteous manner

Review tenant files to ensure all necessary documentation is present and up-to-date

Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and guidelines

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information

Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other team members

Provide excellent customer service to tenants and team members

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of recertification experience

HUD experience is required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
