Minimum Qualifications:


  • Graduate of Aircon Technology/Vocational courses/trade school with TESDA certification
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of centralized packaged and window-type air-conditioning systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors
  • Required skills in the relevant field
  • Basic knowledge of motor controls and instrumentation
  • Ability to interpret basic working drawings, lay-outs, and plans
  • Performing various tasks as assigned by the Building Engineer
  • Conducting inspections to identify leaks, defects, and issues in the air conditioning system
  • Reporting major repairs or maintenance needs to the supervisor
  • Executing necessary repairs and maintenance on the air conditioning system
  • Providing activity reports to the supervisor
  • Ensuring preparedness for and handling emergency situations to prevent damage to the buildings and facilities
