Job Description:- Develop and implement solutions that will improve Chatbot user experience
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of user experience and behavior
- Perform UATs and live testing to identify and eliminate efficiencies
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to understand policy or process dependencies and to manage potential risks
- Provide progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Perform daily tagging process for Chatbot
- Validate daily tagging for Chatbot
- Give Improvement recommendation for Intent list, FAQ, and Articles based on tagging process
- Analyze weekly chatbot performance
- Improve chatbot experience
- Conduct chatbot scrubbing
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate
- At least 1 - 2 year of work experience in Chatbot / UAT Testing#J-18808-Ljbffr
