Job Description:
  • Develop and implement solutions that will improve Chatbot user experience
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of user experience and behavior
  • Perform UATs and live testing to identify and eliminate efficiencies
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to understand policy or process dependencies and to manage potential risks
  • Provide progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Perform daily tagging process for Chatbot
  • Validate daily tagging for Chatbot
  • Give Improvement recommendation for Intent list, FAQ, and Articles based on tagging process
  • Analyze weekly chatbot performance
  • Improve chatbot experience
  • Conduct chatbot scrubbing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate
  • At least 1 - 2 year of work experience in Chatbot / UAT Testing#J-18808-Ljbffr
