Job Description

  • Develop new applications that serve existing software systems
  • Development in multiple modules and architectures, according to development best practices and current development technologies
  • Design and conduct tests
  • Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review

The Successful Applicant

A Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years of development experience, with specialization of the technologies listed below.

Backend Development:

  • Golang or Scala
  • RESTful API Development
  • Secure Coding Concepts - different authorization and authentication mechanisms, use of JWT, etc
Frontend Development:
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • ReactJS
  • Web Components (e.g. LitElement)
  • W3C Standards and Features
Others:
  • Functional Testing - unit test, integration test
  • Experience in developing and deploying containerized applications (preferably Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Working knowledge on different deployment architectures in public/private cloud
