Talent Operations Management

  • Meets with stakeholders/hiring managers as needed to provide updates on active roles, challenges, and discuss potential requirements.
  • Ensures that recruitment SLAs/metrics and agreed TATs are met.
  • Provides accurate Recruitment Reports (Daily/Weekly) to the Talent Operations Lead in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that Job In-Take Sessions/role calibrations are scheduled with Hiring Managers prior to working on a particular role.
  • Works with RMS Team in conducting a market scan for net new roles.
  • Reviews endorsements from RMS Partner/Specialist and conducts Behavioral Interviews with the candidates.
  • Initiates administration and completion of online and written exams as needed.
  • Coordinates scheduling of interviews and hiring results to hiring managers.
  • Provides interview feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
  • Makes recommendations to management on who to extend offers of employment to candidates based on interviews and background investigations.
  • Prepares job offers and issues employment contracts to New Hires.
  • Ensures that offers are aligned with the internal pay ranges and at par with market rates.
  • Ensures that pre-employment documents are submitted by new hires a week before the scheduled start date.
  • Gathers candidate data for market intelligence purposes to ensure that we are up to date with market practices; shares the information with the Talent Operations Lead and Talent Operations Manager.
  • Monitors the daily flow of applicants and ensures that all scheduled candidates are accommodated for Behavioral Interviews, Assessments, or Contract Signing.
  • Sends End of Day Report to the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Gathers Pre-Employment Requirements from New Hires and will be responsible for follow-up with the candidates.
  • Responsible for filing and organizing requirements and recruitment-related documents; ensures that complete Pre-Employment Requirements are endorsed to the recruitment onboarding team in a timely manner.
  • Consolidates the list of new joiners that will attend the NHI class and sends the list to the Training team.
  • Maintains Talent Acquisition Trackers (i.e. Pre-Employment Requirements, CS Recruit, and ensures that data are accurate).

Candidate Profiling / Behavioral Interviews

  • Make outbound calls to qualified pipeline of candidates endorsed by RMS Team.
  • Conduct skills and behavioral interviews for Niche/Senior level roles for endorsement to Sales Teams.
  • Schedule and organize assessments & interviews with candidates; ensure that no shows are rescheduled for Interviews/assessments.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment metrics and goals.
  • Facilitate all Behavioral Interviews & Compliance Monitoring Reports.

Stakeholder Management

  • Regular & timely correspondence with Hiring Managers.
  • Initiate, maintain, and develop relationships with Sales Leads & other business units.
  • Ensure that assigned stakeholders are updated on a weekly basis regarding the status of active Job Requests.
  • Provide status updates of endorsed candidates to Hiring Manager requirements in a timely manner.

CS Recruit Candidate Management, Monitoring & Analytics

  • Ensures accurate and up-to-date information is recorded on CS Recruit and has been moved through appropriate workflow activity stages.
  • Ensures that details of New Hires are accurate and complete in the system prior to endorsement of Pre-Employment requirements to the New Hire Onboarding team.
  • Shares responsibility with the Talent Acquisition Manager on monthly monitoring of attrition for recruiting purposes.

Administration Tasks

  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional/departmental goal attainment or for professional training, education, or development as programmed by Recruitment Operations Officer.
  • Assist in candidate sourcing and reference checks when needed.
  • Assist in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing-related events/activities when needed.
