What is your mission?

  • Develop comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Identify key areas for improvement in carbon emissions reduction and sustainable practices.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with sustainability goals.
  • Work with third-party organizations to verify and validate sustainability achievements and carbon emissions reductions such as BSI PAS 2060 standard, ISO 14064, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to sustainability and environmental management.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in sustainability initiatives.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Preferably with 5-7 years of working experience, with a track record in sustainability management, carbon emissions reduction, and environmental compliance
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and certifications related to sustainability and environmental management.
  • Knowledge and experience in any of the following: Business Continuity Management, Risk and
  • Crisis Management, and/or Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Experience in implementing and in practicing operational standards around Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Demonstrated excellent organization, facilitation, written and oral communication, and presentation skills
