Full job description of SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM LEADER

Job Description

1. Social Media:

  • Provides support in the management and oversee of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the team to develop and implement social media advertising campaigns, including boosting posts and generating ad performance reports including expenses.
  • Respond promptly to social media inquiries, comments, and messages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.

2. Multimedia Production:

  • Company Website - Provides support in collating video and image assets.
  • Oversee video and graphics editing, collaborating closely with the team to refine content concepts and details.
  • Serve as a videographer throughout the production process, from pre-production to post-production, for various projects including patient testimonials and event coverage.
  • Assist in developing brand image and public relations strategy by creating promotional materials and multimedia content

3. Content Creation and Coordination:

  • Develop engaging written, visual, and video content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and curate content that resonates with the target audience and supports the clinic's goals.
  • Support in creating testimonials, guestings, and other promotional materials by providing videography and editing assistance.

4. Community Management and Engagement:

  • Foster community interaction and engagement by actively responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach a wider audience.
  • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and enhance brand advocacy among followers.

5. Performance Tracking and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
  • Generate reports on social media analytics, including engagement rates, reach, and ROI, to provide insights for optimization and strategy refinement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Multimedia Production, or related field.
  • Preference for candidates with thorough knowledge in social media management, multimedia production, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video and graphics editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
