Job Description:

As an IVF Counsellor at Gunjan IVF World, you will play a pivotal role in providing guidance, support, and encouragement to our patients as they navigate the complex and emotional process of fertility treatment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conduct thorough counseling sessions with prospective IVF patients, offering detailed information about the IVF treatment process, procedures, and medications.

Provide financial counselling, assisting patients in understanding the costs associated with IVF treatment, insurance coverage, and available financing options.

Counsel couples in an assuring and confident manner so that they opt for IVF/Other Fertility treatments with us.

Highlight the benefits of our services, address any reservations or concerns, and guide patients towards taking the first step towards their parenthood goals.

Follow up with patients on calls/chat whom you have counselled but are yet to decide whether to opt for various fertility treatments at Gunjan IVF World.

3. Empathetic Support:

Show empathy and compassion towards patients, acknowledging the emotional toll of infertility and offering unwavering support throughout their journey.

Build strong connections with patients by actively listening to their concerns, validating their experiences, and providing genuine encouragement.

4. Participation in Camps:

-Actively participate in various health camps and other marketing activities of Gunjan IVF World and generate revenue.

5. Data Updation and Daily Reporting

Daily update your data over the mobile application and on excel.

Daily reporting your walk ins and work over google meet.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Previous experience in counselling, preferably in a healthcare or fertility clinic setting.

Strong understanding of fertility treatments, particularly IVF, and the emotional complexities associated with infertility.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with patients and build trust.

Familiarity with MS Office, computer and android in general.

Empathetic and supportive, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and sensitivity in all interactions.
