The CRS Representative supports the CRS Group in implementing the security policies in the mall. This includes creating a pleasant atmosphere in the mall by ensuring the safety and well-being of the customers. Enforces mall policies, deter disruption and criminal behavior, help locate lost items or family members and get help during emergencies.

The CRS Representative supports the CRS Group in implementing the security policies in the mall. This includes creating a pleasant atmosphere in the mall by ensuring the safety and well-being of the customers. Enforces mall policies, deter disruption and criminal behavior, help locate lost items or family members and get help during emergencies. Expect day-to-day functions to include non-routine tasks like serving customers, employees, tenants and VIPs. The time spent at your desk will include reviewing reports relative to security and investigation and creating reports to be submitted to management.

REQUIREMENT
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course
  • Must have at least 1 year supervisory experience in a similar or related job
  • Must be willing to work on extended working hours, rest days and holidays
  • Must be customer-service oriented
